The convention in Seattle was so much fun! We were able to do our presentation on Friday on Co-Sex addiction and it was enjoyable to have such vibrant and open participants. We also found that many were very responsive and understood so many of the dynamics of co-sex addiction and the set-up for both women and men.

Looking at marketing and the sexualization and eroticizing of young children was especially troublesome for all of us, but there seemed to be a renewed interest in making a difference here. This is a great web site for information on lesson plans and how to address these issues and educate others about it; www.media-awareness.ca. This is a great resource to look at how to combat the advertising industry and bring awareness to this issue of sexualizing women and eroticizing children.

Co-sex addiction isn't just about a woman addicted to a man addicted to sex or in same sex relationships one addicted to the other who is addicted to sex. It is about the ways in which we use one another and things outside ourselves to fill the emptiness within. The answer is a spiritual one and we are so grateful to have the opportunity to support the answer and make a difference in this dis-ease and disorder.

The great news is that once we address the addictive dynamics in our own lives, we are able to free that energy and pursue our passions, our dreams and our unique ways of being in service in the world.
