Greetings to all

We are happy to share with you as we begin this journey with our book. The book took us twelve years to write; yes, twelve years. It is a book about addiction and creating authentic connections so we visited, re-visited and visited again our own herstories in the process. We are happy to be done and looking forward to continuing to share the journey with you.

Tomorrow we are traveling to Seattle to the 21st Annual Northwest Conference on Behavioral Health and Addictive Disorders and doing a presentation on Co-Sex addiction. Hopefully, we will be able to bring some attention to this dis-ease and assist in our humble way with breaking addictive dynamics and living more authentically. This was our intention and desire from the very start; to be of service and share generously what we have learned in our own recovery journeys.

I can't wait to share with you our experience at the conference. Since it is our first public sharing of the book, it shall be interesting.
